Day 1: What are your goals for the month?
- Get back into a 5-6 day per week workout routine (I’ve been sick and slacking)
- Stop eating out – 1 day per week max
- Stretch after exercising
- Start/finish my huge paper for one of my classes
- Stop procrastinating so much
- Finalize my practicum/internship plans
- Figure out if I want to move or not
