30 Day Challenge: Day 1 – Goals for the Month

Day 1: What are your goals for the month?

  • Get back into a 5-6 day per week workout routine (I’ve been sick and slacking)
  • Stop eating out – 1 day per week max
  • Stretch after exercising
  • Start/finish my huge paper for one of my classes
  • Stop procrastinating so much
  • Finalize my practicum/internship plans
  • Figure out if I want to move or not
