30 Day Challenge: Day 30 – Morning Routine

Day 30 – Write about your morning routine

Most days I wake up around 5-5:15am and go to the YMCA to work out. (Unless I’m feeling lazy, then I go back to sleep). If I go work out, I usually either run or use the cross ramp machine for a half hour and then swim for a half hour, take a shower quick, and then head to work at 7am.
